8K a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products and services - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Multilingual abilities are a plus -Must have 1-2 years of college credit To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You should also be able to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, along with proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
